The idea behind this newsletter might be a bit rough around the edges, but I’ve decided to start before I feel completely ready. Otherwise, I’ll keep waiting for that delusional “perfect” moment.

So, mark your calendars! “The Write Hook” will officially launch on Sunday, April 24th.

And you are going to help me do that by giving me critical feedback on the idea, structure and content. Your insights will shape the journey of this newsletter.

Start by Starting

This section will explore one core idea related to writing, storytelling and what truly hooks people in.

Getting people hooked is the most crucial thing that a writer, creator, artist and founder has to learn. You have to hook people in to:

• Buy your products.

• See your art.

• Read your books.

But the use cases doesn’t end here. You also need to hook people in to get them interested in what you have to say. It’s essential for negotiations, stage performances, and marketing your product.

So my attempt with this newsletter, “The Write Hook” is to:

• Write case studies on the successful writers who were able to hook large audiences.

• Marketing strategies that never fail to hook people in.

• Psychological stuff of our lizard brain that makes something instantly hooky and attractive.

Now tbh, I want to be super specific in this part. The reader should know exactly what value they will be getting from this newsletter.

So this is where you come in, If you can help me fine-tune this idea, that would be wonderful.

With this section, I will be sending a weekly prompt that will help you get ideas for writing on socials, a full-blown article or a simple journal entry.
